Could You Help us Reach the Next Level of Exposure?

Invitation to Tender for Management of the International Physical Literacy Association’s Digital Offer

www.physical-literacy.org.uk

The International Physical Literacy Association (IPLA) is a registered charity in England, formed in 2014 to promote and encourage the adoption of physical literacy across the life course in accordance with the philosophy and approach advocated by its founder, and President – Dr Margaret Whitehead.

The concept of physical literacy has been adopted and adapted in many countries and settings, and it is being increasingly referenced and applied in policy and practice worldwide.

As a small, but growing charity, with a need to manage resources carefully, the IPLA wants to expand its presence digitally.

The Trustees welcome any approaches from commercial entities or volunteers who believe they have the skill and ability to help us:

  • Reach the next level of exposure and provide us with the ability to engage across the full range of media platforms.
  • Share our activities, messages and offer more widely.
  • Attract and retain members, followers and supporters.
  • Maintain our position at the front of research, development, implementation and thought leadership in physical literacy.
  • Generate income.

This service should include all elements of the organisation’s digital activities, including:

  • Website structure and review
  • Social Media presence
  • Marketing and communications
  • E-commerce opportunities

In the first instance, potential suppliers should prepare an overview of their offer including:

  • An introduction to and overview of the supplier/agency/individual consultant
  • Examples of previous work
  • Cost estimates (if applicable)
  • Initial thoughts on how and why the current offer could/should be changed.
